WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you wish to return your purchase for whatever reason, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Please email us at LLuxelineteam@outlook.com. Please email us to complete a returns form.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Quite often our couriers produce a tracking code which we can pass onto our customers to allow them to track progress. If the order has been dispatched via our specialist furniture delivery company, tracking is not always available. Please feel free to ask us for more information at LLuxelineteam@outlook.com
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your purchase(s) are damaged in transit, please firstly refuse to sign for the item and send it back if it is VISIBLY damaged before accepting delivery.
If it is only noticeable once opened, please send us an email with photographic evidence and your order number to LLuxelineteam@outlook.com.
We will then arrange collection and a replacement with you.
Damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if done so after we will be unable to process the return.
Quite an number of our pieces are 'antique reproductions' and have been made to look 'aged' for an authentic look. With this, comes imperfections as part of the design process. Please also be wary that colours may vary slightly from the colour tones shown in the pictures contained within our website or on differing electronic screens. If the item(s) returned are complete, in resalable condition, unused and with the correct packaging. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% repackaging fee for item(s) that need repackaging, deductible from your refund.
CAN I NOMINATE A CHOSEN DATE FOR DELIVERY?
Yes. More often than not we can communicate a chosen delivery date that suits you via our couriers, provided enough notice is given to us.
CAN I ARRANGE COLLECTION TO GET MY PURCHASES FASTER?
No.
WHEN OPENING GOODS?
We ask customers to take care in opening them and ensure where possible not to rip, tear or mishandle packaging. This reduces additional risk to damage and better prepares customers in the event of a return.
